Teddington - Bushy Park

This Victorian detached property was completely renovated, The roof covering was replaced and solar panels with battery storage for Electric car charging was installed.

Structural works included a large opening to form a kitchen/dining area, along with the rearrangement of both the ground and first floors.

 The front elevation brickwork was restored and the Tuckpointing renewed. The detached garage was rebuilt as a gym. Major repairs were undertaken to the existing veranda and conservatory.

A subsequent phase included a natural swimming pond with a multi use garden building and changing facilities
